Policies & Administration:

• To ask about availability, please call or email us first with two preferred date choices.
• To make your reservation, contact us for a short-term hold. Contact and email information is below.
• Receipt of your deposit payment, within two weeks of our availability confirmation, will hold your reservation dates.
  After this time, any date hold will be released and available to others.
• To help keep prices low, credit card payments must add 3% to the total cost.
  Pay by check to avoid the surcharge.

• Payment may be made by cash, check, money order or credit card
  (credit card subject to surcharge).
• Two night minimum stay.
• Three night minimum stay on holiday weekends.
• The bunkhouse is not available to rent separately.
• Rental prices include our local and state lodging taxes. Our price is the full price.
• Smoking outdoors only.
• No pets please.
• WiFi Internet available in the cottage with a smart TV.
• Cell phone reception is spotty. Verizon service receives best here.
